These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jililo with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
jililo employs age-verification controls as required by PAGCOR. Any person under the age of 21 who accesses or attempts to access the Platform in contravention of these Terms does so without jililo's knowledge or consent. jililo does not accept liability for unauthorized access by minors and will cooperate fully with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement in any investigation of suspected underage access.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account with jililo. This age threshold is set by PAGCOR as the minimum legal age for participation in licensed gambling in the Philippines and is non-negotiable. By registering, you warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The jililo Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform complies with applicable local law.
3.3 Registration Requirements. When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. jililo reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to withhold any balances held in such Accounts pending investigation. 3.5 Account Verification. jililo may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any point, including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or in response to regulatory requirements. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the period specified by jililo may result in Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.
3.6 Non-Transferability. Your jililo Account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any Account credits to any third party.
4.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jililo login credentials, including your registered mobile number, email address, password, and any one-time PINs issued to your account. You must not share these credentials with any other person.
4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify jililo's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach involving your credentials. jililo will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security, except where such unauthorized access was caused by jililo's own negligence or security failure.
4.3 Device Responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring that the device you use to access jililo is secure. jililo recommends that you do not access the Platform from shared or public devices and that you always log out completely after each session.
4.4 Accurate Account Information. You must ensure that all information held in your jililo Account profile remains accurate and current. You must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jililo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, subject to availability: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BDO online banking, BPI online banking, Metrobank online banking, BancNet, USDT (TRC20/ERC20), and Coins.ph. Available methods may vary and are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account dashboard.
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and Maya reflect in your jililo Real-Money Balance immediately upon successful processing. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect, depending on the processing times of the originating financial institution.
5.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. A minimum deposit of PHP 100 applies per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and Account tier. High-value deposit limits are communicated in the Cashier section and may be subject to enhanced due diligence requirements.
5.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into the same Account, unless otherwise approved by jililo in writing. This policy exists to prevent money laundering in compliance with Philippine AML regulations.
5.5 KYC Prerequisite. jililo will not process any withdrawal request until satisfactory KYC verification has been completed on the Account. This is a mandatory PAGCOR compliance requirement and applies to all Accounts without exception.
5.6 Withdrawal Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes for fully verified Accounts during normal business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day. jililo reserves the right to extend processing times where additional security checks are required.
5.7 Own Funds Requirement. All funds deposited into a jililo Account must be from sources that are legal under Philippine law and must belong exclusively to the Account holder. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank, GCash, or Maya in respect of a genuine jililo transaction constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jililo will immediately suspend any Account where a chargeback is detected, will pursue recovery of the reversed amount through all available legal channels, and will report the matter to PAGCOR and Philippine financial authorities where applicable.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jililo are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds must be wagered at a minimum of 20 times the bonus amount in qualifying games before any winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is displayed on each promotion page.
6.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While a bonus wagering requirement is active on your Account, the maximum bet per game round or sports event is PHP 500 unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire 7 days from the date of issuance unless a different expiry period is stated in the specific promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.
6.5 Bonus Abuse. jililo actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, placing low-risk bets to artificially complete wagering requirements (e.g., betting on both sides of a market), and any other activity that jililo reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit promotional offers. In confirmed cases of bonus abuse, jililo reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, close the Account, and withhold the deposited balance pending investigation.
6.6 Promotional Availability. jililo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to exclude specific players from promotional eligibility.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the jililo Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.
7.2 RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games on jililo use independently certified software. Game outcomes are generated randomly and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by the Player or jililo. Certified Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are calculated over statistically significant long-run samples and individual sessions will vary significantly from the stated RTP.
7.3 Malfunction Voids Play. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game defect during a game round, jililo reserves the right to void the affected round and return any stakes placed in that round to the Player's Account. jililo is not liable for any inconvenience or loss of potential winnings arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
7.4 Connectivity Responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection when accessing jililo. jililo is not responsible for losses arising from disconnection during a game round, including in live dealer games. Auto-bet and auto-play features continue to operate during temporary disconnections.
7.5 Sports Betting Settlement. Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with jililo's official Sports Betting Rules, published separately. In the event of disputes regarding settlement, jililo's decision, made in accordance with the published Sports Betting Rules, is final subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 14.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jililo Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement:

9.3 Self-Exclusion Obligations. If you have self-excluded from jililo, you must not attempt to re-register or circumvent the exclusion in any way. 9.4 Age Verification. jililo implements age-verification controls at registration and may request proof of age at any time. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all deposits will be returned to the source payment method.

10.1 Ownership. All content on the jililo Platform — including but not limited to the jililo brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and promotional material — is the intellectual property of jililo or its licensed game content providers. All rights are reserved.
10.2 Limited License. jililo grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
10.3 User Content. By submitting any content to jililo — including support messages, feedback, or chat communications — you grant jililo a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for operational and improvement purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.
11.1 No Warranty. The jililo Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jililo makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, or accuracy.
11.2 Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jililo's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, statutory liability, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Exclusions. jililo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or anticipated winnings, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether jililo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.4 Force Majeure. jililo is not liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or other force majeure events.
12.1 Data Processing. jililo collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12.2 Data Sharing for Compliance. jililo may be required to disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission, or other Philippine government authorities pursuant to their lawful requests or requirements. Such disclosures are made without prior notice to you where legally required.

13.1 Right to Amend. jililo reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on jililo.vip with an updated Effective Date and Version number.
13.2 Notice of Material Changes. Where jililo makes material changes to these Terms that adversely affect your rights, we will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change.
13.3 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date of the change.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and jililo arising from or relating to your Account or these Terms, you agree to first contact jililo's support team via live chat or email to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jililo commits to responding to formal disputes within 5 business days of receipt.
14.3 PAGCOR Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally between you and jililo within 30 days of first notification, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR for resolution in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures applicable to licensed online gaming operators.
14.4 Jurisdiction. For disputes that require judicial resolution, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.5 PAGCOR License Compliance. Nothing in these Terms limits jililo's obligations under its PAGCOR license or applicable Philippine gambling legislation. In the event of conflict between these Terms and applicable PAGCOR regulations, the applicable PAGCOR regulations shall prevail.
